Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, a 50% charge will apply.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days for eligible cancellations. Kindly note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the process smooth and fair.
To ensure a seamless experience, full or partial payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. If a 50% deposit is made when booking, the balance due upon check-in.
